The future has already started here

The quarter for successful companies

The Forum am Brühl complex was constructed in 1996 and comprises an area of approx. 26,400 m² over eight floors above ground. Around 10% of that area is attributable to retail and commercial space, and the remainder is occupied by offices. There is a dedicated underground garage with 164 car parking spaces. The complex was a truly special project from the very beginning: it is an interplay of flexible retail and office space, which can be laid out in a variety of configurations and the rental units can be connected horizontally.

The smallest lettable unit is around 70 m². The office space is extremely versatile and can be laid out as single-person offices, combination offices or open-plan solutions. The open Ritterpassage between the two parts of the building not only provides plenty of light, it also makes it possible for the public to use the building and thus ensures a high profile.

Forum am Brühl is taking up the ever-present challenges in terms of modernity and sustainability. The property has been awarded the WiredScore Gold certification for its superb and highly secure connectivity.

Contemporary colour scheme to assist orientation

To improve orientation for tenants and visitors, the communications agency Vanderlicht has developed new branding and concepts for spatial communication and wayfinding, including colour coding for the individual buildings. Five colours represent the five building addresses. Various pillars positioned around the property show one’s location and directions to the entrances at a glance.

The new entrance areas will stand out more prominently. Behind the entrances, each of the lobbies opens up with a so-called eye-catching wall which reflects the respective building colour code. The side wall is covered with moss.

The staircases and lift lobbies are decorated with the colour scheme of the respective building. The Ritterpassage retail zone will be significantly upgraded with comfortable new seating and additional greenery to improve the overall amenity value.
